World’s Greatest Attractions
Hi I’m Naomi and I’m very excited to show you the World’s Greatest Attractions.
Built in the late twentieth century, this hall was erected to memorialize Chiang Kai Shek,
the former President of the Republic of China. The poles outside the memorial hall
convey Chiang's messages of true rightness. The structure is inspired by Tiantan temple
in Beijing, the golden peak on top adds to the grandeur. The two sets of 89 steps at the
entrance symbolize the age at which Chiang died. The hall exhibits the President's large
bronze statue along with his historical records and valuable pictures. The hall, having
been Chiang's office, is a space in which visitors can experience a typical day in the life
of the illustrious President. The beautiful Chinese gardens outside the hall feature exotic
flowers, ponds and miniature hills.
