Visit the Island of Lanzarote

Three hundred volcanic cones rise on the 800 square kilometer Island of Lanzarote. By it surface, plants are scarce. The ground is covered by a solidified lava and volcanic sand. One spectacle of Lanzarote is the National Park of Timanfaya.

Lava field was created following an eruption in 1736. Looking from here, we may feel as well as we see the erupting geysers and volcanic fire flaming in the caves of the rock. The restaurant Diablo designed by Manrique is a unique experience where by using the still active energy, the meal is prepared on lava stones. The looking out tower of Mirador Del Rio which is 497 meters high and stands in the northeast part of the island was also designed by Manrique.

Let's have one more glance of this island. Bathing in eternal sunshine, that so diverse and delight us with the variety of such landscapes that they give the impression of being separate build continents.
