Amanda: Hi! My name is Amanda and I am from Land O' Lakes, Florida. My question is which vitamins can help with the health of my skin? Dr. Steve Feldman: I am not sure any vitamins really going to help with the health of the skin. There are rare conditions where people will have Vitamin C deficiency, which you have to eat a diet practically, exclusively of canned food for your skin to get so deficient in Vitamin C that would make a difference. A normal healthy diet is probably all you need.
