You are watching What Should You Know because let us be honest What Should You Know. So, someone comes up to you and they are like hey, you know about the Federal Reserved? This is what you should say. Of course I know about the Federal Reserve. Are you serious? You are talking about the thing that is been on the news papers non stop recently. But maybe you are not reading your newspapers. So let me break it down for you. The Federal Reserve controls the supply of money within the United States! For example to prevent bad things on happening like the recession, the Federal Reserve will push money into the US economy. But also to prevent other bad things from happening like inflation, they could take money out of the US economy. So anyway, the two things, two things you should definitely know about the Federal Reserve are the following: Two weeks ago, they forced to sale of Barristers to JP Morgan but the big thing about that that not a lot of people are aware of that they guarantee $30 Billion of assets in Barrister's Portfolio. Basically he said the JP hey! Buy Barrister's! This $30 Billion of Orisi assets if it does not turn for you, we will take the hit! Meaning people like you! Me! And other people that our US citizens tax payers will take the hit. The next thing you should know that the Federal Reserve has been gone lending money to washing Security Firms. This is never been done before in US history! What is the Washing Security Firm or former like Barrister’s? Just like Barrister’s, lemon brothers a gold sass, you know not one of this it does not matter! What the Federal Reserve usually does is lends money to stronger bigger more freaking regulated commercial banks, Bank of America, Wachovia, Well’s Fargo, to name just three like a Bizillion! And this is crazy that is now lending to wash security firms. But at the same, it is a very valuable move and it could help prevent the US from falling into further economic chaos.
