Female: Hello, I am Dina Prioste and welcome to Get Exercised. Are you unable to stay awake at work after lunch? If so, congratulations, you are a human being. ROFTFL. If you are unable to sneak a quick nap while you are on the job, then you need some oxygen in your system stat.
You do not even need to leave your chair. First, we will begin with cat-cow stretches, inhale to cow and exhale round out to cat. Inhale moo, exhale meow. Taking deep breaths will help to wake you up and the stretching will get your blood circulating. Now, we are going to add in some side stretches so you are going to inhale over to one side, exhale back to center. Inhale to the other side, exhale back to center. Continue, inhale and exhale, inhale and exhale. Now we are going to put it all together.
Take it to moo and back to meow. Take it to the side back to center, over to the other side. Again, moo, meow, side, side. I realize for you manly types that this may not seem like the most masculine of movements. So do not worry, we are going to add on here. We are going to go moo, meow, side, side, jab, jab, upper cut, upper cut. Moo, meow, side, side, jab, jab, upper cut, upper cut. It is important to look masculine while you are on the job if you are a man and you have a masculine job that requires that, that is important.
