Walking Poles Technique - Punch and Pull

Female Speaker: Punch pull is the beginner to each of me technique of the keenfit walking system; being the one to use to warmup with and to cool down. Because of the angle of the pulls and your arms is also the best for going down hills and for using on uneven or less or compact trains, like trails, paths or ravel roads.

This technique is so versatile; it can be used for a simple casual walk or done more aggressively for a substantial workout. Punch pull got its name because of the back and forth punch pull action, your arms go through, pivot from the shoulder pulling all the way back and grew at the elbows. Remember to keep your locked, you're forearms parallel and to pull your elbow all the way back.
