Wall Passing Drills in Soccer

Okay now this exercise. It's an exercise with a lot of wall passing. Guy in the middle starts it off and we are basically going up and down this direction. I will play it to Ben I go right Edwin as if I am defending and Ben does a wall pass by me. Ben gets it and goes that way and Jeff can come either way he wants and I come around him and now we switch it up. We get a nice rhythm going. Alright want to go around you, okay? I want to go around you so.

So this player here, -- come this way, come this way, Ben, come this way -- comes right at me. So now as I am coming out I am using his momentum and again to go by him. Right at him and go by him there we go. Okay let's just, we just got through it a couple times. We want to try to get as sharp as we can. Remember that this guy after you pass it you just giving him the reference point to be able to play by and go. Now play. There we go, play it and I am going. There we go, straight at him, excellent, now we made an adjustment we made it a little bit bigger. A big thing in coaching is that you see how you set it up you need to do something to work better, more realistic justice we have made this grid a little bigger same thing, there we go, feet moving too. Everybody's feet moving we got to look like the game.
