Wall Push Up

We are now working on upper body strength and we are going to use the push up to help you get strong. The first progression is called the Wall Push Up. Now, if you have never tried a push up before, it's a great place to start. So you come to the wall; you find a piece of wall. You want to make sure that your feet are about two feet away from the wall, hands aligned with the shoulders, and you are just coming forward with the chest and pushing up. Okay. Let's give it a try you guys. What's great about the Wall Push Up, a lot of people find push ups challenging, so this will make you feel successful. Okay. Go down and up, and I can't emphasize enough the importance of picking the appropriate push up for you. So this one is called the Wall Push Up.
