"You aught to be in pictures." This is really done well. I was not condemned and I have a simple solution to apply. I don't have to denie my self. "Thank You" Learnin g to eat smaller meals more often through the day has greatly helped my naughing conscience and stomach. A 10 minute walk daily or more helps my brain and I make better choices. Sleeping 6-8 hours nightly starting early is my catalyst for health.
