Weber Charcoal Grill Cooking Video

Ready to get our charcoal going so we can get the barbecue underneath. Now, as I mentioned before which you can do is you can take and actually put newspaper into the bottom of this thing and light if you want to, you know, to do it that way. What I am got going to demonstrate are the really nice and easy fire starters from Weber, it is really simple. What you are going to do is to take two of these units, you open the top held them up and you set on your grids. You take them and you put your chimney starter on top, you light them, they burn, they get really hot, you know, and then it is going to start all our coal spores and we got to put it in. What I am use to light them is the nice Weber lighter, it is actually a battery operated lighter. I do not know if you can hear it but I tell it is surely a lot easier and more convenient thing to do versus those that are just sitting in there constantly clicking or twitching and I hate those things. This is what I like and this is what I use in my house. What we are going to do is we will get this thing going. [Demonstration] Let these things burn for just a little bit and we are going to get our charcoal going and we will be ready to cook. Hi guys, we have been run for about 15 minutes with our fire starters going, lighting our charcoal with in our chimney starter. What I like to show is, is just how well over rascals was work, nice and hot coals. These fire starters really do take all the hard work out of it. What we are going do now is to get our cooking grill out of the way. We get our charcoal in at a nice easy pouring on. Holds a good and hot. [Demonstration] Looking the grill is in place, we are going to let this thing zip for just a minute, we are going to get our food on here, and we are going to get to grill. Hi guy, we got our selves some specially seasoned and marinated steaks. We are ready to put them on at our convenient lid holder. Lid is out of the way and I will get these steaks on. Alright got those coals good and hot, hold it, we got to get the lid on this thing and we are going to check back in on here in just a little bit and let you guys see just how well this charcoal unit goes.
