hey man, forget about the question i asked ya jus b4, now all i'm wondering right now is that do i have to workout right after the 3rd meal?? does it matter that much?? or can i change it so it can be after the second meal?

Hey dude, i got a question about interval training that i got kinda confused in ur site. When u say 3 rounds, 3xs per week, and total time: 19 minutes per session, do u mean one interval training session (once) after the resistance workout? or have to do 3 of em in one day and repeat after it every 3 days per week? i apologize if the question seems so friggin basic, but i wanna make sure so i wont do mistakes in the future
