None, zip, nothing. All you need is a editing program that can do reverse video. Okay, first find an object like this pencil.

And simply, you shot your hand and drop it and just take that clip and reverse it. So, say you wanted it to look like this.

You had to start it backwards, so you start it like you filmed it like this.

One thing you want to make sure that you do is when you reverse the video it is probably going to sounds like this
