Taras Raggio: Hi my name is Taras Raggio, and I'm Managing Principle and Director of Taras Techniques LLC. Today we are going to be answering questions on how to gain weight healthy, we would discuss everything from setting body composition goals to nutrition to developing in overall weight gain program.

As a precaution just asked for loosing weight a program for gaining weight should include a mission from your primary care position before starting any diet mission. I have received my bachelor of science to be from Chadwick University my master's degree from Troy State University and also I have a specialized diploma in Holistic health from the Global College of Natural Medicine.

What is body image?

Body images whether positive or negative consistent of perceptions thoughts emotions and actions. Most people in general are overall dissatisfied with their body image, our body image is one in which you can develop yourself, at staying to the perception of yourself and not from others.
