I am Steve Terrano, Welcome to this episode of body performance. Here is an analogy for everybody who is a sales person. What separates the average sales person who makes $50,000 a year from the incredible sales person who makes a half a million to million dollars a year? Does an a million dollar sale have something that the average person does not? Do they have special closing statement that causes peoples buy? They do the special plays for prospects are? Probably not but the great sale people do the little things everyday that the average person would not do or refuses to do. The tax recalls a day which 50 extra calls a week, 200 a month, 2400 a year. The thank you notes that they write and send out the business cards that gets into everybody’s hand work that first list. It is the little things that make you difference that make them great. Same thing with weight loss it is the same thing, it is not one food that you happen to eat, it is not a pill that you take or magic exercise that you do, it is the little things you do everyday, day after day that add up over the weeks, and over the months. It is the extra day cardio, it is the extra 10 minutes of cardio, it is the dessert that you skip, it is the half a meal you eat and so on and so forth. Those little things add up like so many other things in life. Thanks for watching. Love your body.
