I am Steve Turano, welcome to Steps Body Performance. A lot of people is still asking, Steve should I loss weight first? Should I just do my cardio and my diet and then once I have loss the weight? Should I start retraining program? No, no you can start your retraining program now because it does so many things. It improves your body’s performance; it makes your body stronger and more tone. It will look better now and once you have loss the weight and most importantly, it burns calories which you have to remember is cardio is not the only way to loss body fat.
Remember, fat is nothing more to make culmination and the storage of calories. So, the more calories you have burn during the day, the more weight you will loss. The more calories you burn during the day, the less calories you have left over to be store as fat.
So, if you start your cardio and your weight training program at the same time, you will burn more calories and your body will look and perform much better. So, do not wait start your weight training program right now. Love you body.
