Welcome everybody it is Vince DelMonte from YourSixPackQuest.com and today we are going to be going through another video coaching lesson. I am often asked Vince what is the best way to lose weight and a lot of people are looking for free weight loss programs on the net. I am going to give you a couple free weight loss programs on the net.
You will be surprised that I am not doing any cardio, doing this work out. I am doing something far, far more effective than any amount of cardio you can do. We are going to be breaking up this little circuit into a vertical pushing exercise, and then we are going to be working our quads, alright.
Four exercises, we are going to be doing chin ups then we are going to be doing body weight squats and then we are going to be doing shoulder presses and then we are going to be doing lateral lunges. You will notice that we are training the largest muscles on your body to create the greatest metabolic demands so that when we would leave the gym, you are going to burn calories all day long. That is something that cardio cannot do for you.
Even if you are training seven days a week, one hour a day, when you leave the gym, there is 23 hours left in the day where you are not burning calories, that is not your goal. This circuit you do, can be done anywhere from three to four times depending on your fitness level. I am going to show you a variation, everybody knows how to do wide grip tune ups, everybody knows how to do close grip, chin ups. We are going to switch this up a little.

Now, down to legs, we are going to do the prisoner squats.

If you have been working out for a gym for any longer than a few months, you probably done your fair share of lunges that switch it up a little, move from side to side, get your abductors working, something a little more functional. Turn your hands by your head and do that as well.

I do not know if you are timing that, that was probably two to three worth, two to three minutes of anaerobic work and anybody who knows anything that has to do with fat loss. You do know that fat loss is not just a function, have energy in, versus energy out. It is also, for most people, it is just creating the right hormones in your body. If I were to inject you with some growth hormone, your body will start burning fat automatically. That is might be the missing component from your workout.
As you can see, it has jacked up my metabolism there, hitting all the major muscles. I was doing everything for 20 reps, that was one set that could be a workout in itself and you do that for three, four sets. You are going to have one hell of a workout and you are going to really push that oxygen to death.
