Okay, guys. Welcome back to another Your Six Pack Quest video coaching lesson. I am Vince DelMonte and we are going to go through another free weight loss program.
Last time we did a three exercises to train our shoulders our lacks and our quads to free the largest muscle groups in your body which is going to be if you are already done the workout you already know your witness to the power of those kind of workouts. You are going to jack your metabolism up, you are going to stimulate all the major muscle groups. We are going to do a little variation today. We are going to go legs and this time we are going to do a pushing and pulling exercise.
Last time we did a push pull this time we are going to do a push pull this way. So we are going to bring some balance to our body and again we are going to focus on speed to get the conditioning effect to promote fat loss remember fat loss in just a function of strength and how much weight you can lift. It is also a function of conditioning and speed.
Those are other elements you cannot—you do not want to miss. And we are going to focus on higher reps to really promote that oxygen you can get so your training in the fatigue state that is going to help promote lactic acid. Lactic acid is going to promote growth hormone which is the most powerful fat burning hormone into your body. Alright, let us rock and roll.
Last time we work our quads the front of our bodies so we are going to work more the back of our body, glutes, hamstring, we are going to do Stiff Leg, Deadlifts keep your feet flat, come down for stretch. And the shoulder sand you get to shroud. Keep that back flat, you got a better flexibility then I do go down lower should be little goes slow as you can while maintain the flat back.
Alright, everybody knows how to do pushups and I will show you little variation remember one of the keys to getting result is to keeping your program alive. Switch your things up, there is no reason if you ever get bored none of my clients on my programs ever get bored.
So, we are constantly switching things up forcing your body to adopt on it. Yes working out that whole get a home gym she find stands 3:14 bend, keep that back flat, abs your tight and we are forcing on speed right now. I would love to promote my program has being easy but I would be lying to you and one of the truths that you guys have to realize is that, when you discover the fat loss is hard that is when it becomes easy, and a lot of guys training if you guys at home when was the last time you put yourself in oxygen just why you are lifting weights.
How is like to say if you want and look fit you got to get fit. So, so another way your secrets to get in your Six Pack Quest pack quickly again that circuit three four times and 20 reps increase the weight. Focus on your speed, get the conditioning promote the fat loss lots of lactic acid and you do that circuit continuously for 20 minutes you got one half of the physique.
