I am Steve Terrano, Welcome to this episode of body performance. A lot of people have been asking if they can sort of start a weight training program, one of the process of trying to lose weight. The answer is absolutely yes.
Weight training, as a matter of fact will burn natural calories, help speeding the weight lost process and eventually you are going to have to hit the weight room anyway to help firm up your body. The only people you have to worry about sacrificing muscle when dieting are people who are in an extreme condition for instance a professional body builder. Somebody who has already maximized their body’s potential to make muscle while the same time minimizing the amount of body fat.
If that person losses additional body fat they might potentionally lose additional muscle. But the average person is not in that kind of shape. The average person can cut their choleric intake therefore, the increasing amount of body fat they have well at the same time beginning the exercise program and firming or building their muscles.
So if you want to do to a weight training program while at the same time you are dieting and doing cardio have that. It will give you much regular and faster results. Love your body. I will see you next time.
