What Do Girls Want to Hear

Tamsen: Hey everybody, Matt and Tamsen here. Okay, your question today, you asked us, “What are nice things that girls want to hear?” I want to hear the man is going to take me shopping. I want to hear that Matt’s going to move me to—oh! Matt: I’m here, if you could just tell me. Number one, I have no more money for shopping and I can't afford—as it is but— Tamsen: All right! Matt: Let’s move forward. Tamsen: Nice things girls want to hear. Matt: Tamsen, what do you want to hear? You’re a beautiful girl, what do you like me to say to you? Tamsen: Truthful, I think, well I like to hear things that are truthful like honest compliments. I hate these cheesy lines. I think it’s nice when a guy finds something different like— Matt: Let me guess! What I would say to Tamsen I think I actually did when I first met her. I have to tell her how beautiful her hair is, I mean look at her hair. It’s beautiful. She takes care of it and that’s like a benign cool thing to say to a girl, right? Tamsen: Yeah! I think like guys that are a little more metrosexuals would say something like that so that’s okay. Matt: I have been I guess a nominee as a metrosexual. I’ll take it. But the thing is you know walk by a woman and just start to say, “You know what, I had to tell you, you smell really beautiful. What are you wearing?” Women love perfume. They pride themselves on you know their appearance and how they smell and how they look. You need to address that, they will appreciate it. Tamsen: And it’ll give you something more to talk about because if you’re asking them a question, they’ll answer you back instead of just saying thank you. Matt: And don’t be scared, don’t be afraid, throw it out there. If they’re not receptive, big deal, you’ll meet somebody in the next 10 minutes of this. Tamsen: And if there are receptive then ask them for coffee and say hello. Matt: And you can end up with a girl like Tamsen. Tamsen: Oh please! All right! This has been Matt and Tamsen.
