But first, we are addressing that vital question, is looking at woman’s breast for 30 minutes the equivalent of a 30 minute workout. Now to help us answer that, we have here brother A, he has been wired to a heart rate monitor and for half an hour, he is going to go through a pretty punishing workout right in the exercise bike running, press ups and chin ups and the lot, meanwhile, over here, we have brother B, he has also been wired up to a heart rate monitor and he is going to just spend his 30 minutes looking at these women’s breasts. That is the experiment. Obviously, it is very important that brother A does not get to see the women’s breast because that would skew the results, so this screen will prevent any unwanted peeking. It is also very important that brother B does not engage in any physical exercise whilst looking at the women’s breast, so we are going to be keeping a close eye on things there too. Okay, we are set, so let the experiment begin! This whole breast versus workout thing has been a simple—down the years, since it first emerged as a theory in 1997, now apparently starting in the well known medical publication, the New England Journal and it said this, “Ogling at women’s breast is good for man’s health and can actually add years to your life.” And it goes on—“staring at the charms of well endowed female is equivalent to a 30-minute aerobic workout!” Now although there have been other claims of other studies, we could not verify that that actually happened, so this will therefore be the first time the theory has been tested in the rigorous scientific conditions. Now what do you think of this theory?
Well, I would love to be over that side than this side obviously?
Do you reckon that staring at the women’s breast is the equivalent of half an hour of this?
Yes, definitely. Obviously, when one guy looks at lovely attractive girls, especially with her boobs out, the adrenaline rush will go straight to the head and the body just kinds of going overtime with hormones.
That is kind of where the theory comes from. At least we will find out! Keep going.
I am still going to go!
It is important to keep going, you cannot see anything through there, can you?
Definitely not! I wish I could.
Next door, we have brother B now, now you are bearing up a cane here.
Always, a tough job, really it is tough.
Now, is this feeling like a workout to you this far?
Well, it is an enjoyable work.
Do not look at me. You have got to keep looking that way obviously because we do not want to mess the results, I mean, do not move around too much. What do you think of the theory?
I can sit here quite happily all day.
But do you feel you have had like a thirty minute workout that is the thing?
Not really, well I have been put in an exciting level. I mean, my hormones are going—running around wildly.
I mean, I am looking at your heart rate there; it is having quite an effect about like you are doing something. Well you are doing very well. Keep going and good luck!
Well, the boys are working are really hard in the name of science and we will come back later for the end of the experiment and of course, the results.
But first, you join us at the conclusion of our experiment to find out whether looking at breasts for 30 minutes is the equivalent of a 30-minute workout, now our boys have been going at it, hammering tones, but now, it is time to call an end to it and see the results. So, the time is up, okay? That is it. Okay, we have a result. Just stand there, are you feeling okay? Covered, nothing too bad!? Okay, let us have someone to look at these results, thank you very much! Well, brother B, first of all, looking at the breasts of course for half an hour, here are the figures. From a resting heartbeat, this is where you started at 67, you went up to an average heartbeat of 85, which is sort of calm that is not bad. Brother A, with the exercise regime, you started with a resting heartbeat of 70—went up to an average heartbeat of 161—which technically, you probably died 20 minutes ago.
I probably did an
