Instead, take some corrective action in work for the next challenge. Make correct and timely decisions. Try to know your employees and take care of them.
Make sure that tasks are well understood and accomplished. Try to develop the team spirit among your associates and employees. By doing this, your employees will work to their full capabilities. Be technically proficient in your job and you should possess a good familiarity with the employee’s tasks.
