Male: To what you can for a willing to achieve, all right? Stop right there for a moment, think about that, what established the limits to what you are willing to achive or do in your life. And you think, well how can I cause stress, well think of it this way. How many people in this room, if you had your life to live all over again with not of established the same limits that you have accepted in your belief system for you. Women in particular, how many of you did not do things you may have done or want to do because you were told you are a woman and there is limits to what a woman could do? Any of you was affected by that?
All right, so all of the other woman in here you did everything you want to do in your life. You were liars. I am getting stressed right now, when I kill someone, holistic there. If you are honest, you know that throughout life, we did not achieve frequently what we wanted to or at our ideal level because we were to busy stopping at the boundary that were set for us. Your belief can set something for you. Your religion, your social environment, your family, if you are told as a child what can and cannot do.
If you are not given the encouragement that you have the strength, the knowledge, the power, the resources to achieve something, were you even try, because it comes this way. Everything always has its opposite present either stated or implied. If you are not good enough to achieve this level than the implication is, you are only good enough to achieve this.
So, what is the likelihood you are going to go up to here with what you want to do. When the implication is, you are not good enough so you are going to function down here. And, that happens because what will be the consequence is that we will wake up one day and not realize that what we are doing with our life that day, our career, our relationships where we work, what we eat, everything we do is based on a limit that has been given to us.
We however, do not realize that we are merely the extension of this. And so, we are only go up that.

Now for example, how many people in this room have hit a wall and things you try to achieve? Even in the program, health support groups, okay? What happens when you hit a wall? Throw your voices out, what happens when you hit a wall?
Participant: Frustration.
Male: Frustration! Anger!
Participant: You give up.
Male: You give up.
Participant: Depression.
Male: Depression.
Participant: Discouraged.
Male: Discouraged.
Participant: Resignation.
Male: Resignation. What else?
Participant: Go for a new goal.
Male: You can go for a new goal. But, are you going to go for a new goal if you have not been able to achieve the old one? Highly and probable, all right? Because without the motivational that you were given, and when you hit your barrier, and you had the whole support group working for you, and you came in every two weeks to a meeting, and you had lessons. The average American, the average person watching this right now, they do not have that benefit. They are kind of alone, they are in a vacuum, not only they are alone but they are not around supportive people of all made changes.
Everyone in this group has going through a health support process. Meaning, you have gone through changes, changes you want to make but what you did not know when you started is what the outcome would be. You did not know if you could do it.
Angelo, how much weight lost as of now?
Angelo: A hundred pounds.
Male: Hundred pounds, all right! Now, when you started that journey did you think that you will go to do a marathon, New York City marathon?
Angelo: Absolutely not.
Male: Okay. Now, you had how many diseases when you started your process?
Angelo: A dozen.
Male: A dozen of disease, how of those were life-challenging illnesses? Could have killed you?
Angelo: Yes.
Male: All right, and you have hepatitis C too which does kill. Do you have hepatitis C now?
Angelo: No.
Male: Do you have any of those, 12 diseases now?
Angelo: No.
Male: Gone. All right! Along with a hundred pounds
