If you want to bring yourself to the highest level of performance think about a champion and think about what a champion does. There is a mind set; it goes along with pushing through to a point beyond what you thought you were capable of.

Another way to act is that to be around people, other people who are actually better than you to inspire you, to jump to the next level. But if you something that is really important to you that you are passionate about and you love, you owe to yourself to go out and do it like a champion.
