Can you find 7 things that Joe does wrong?
For starters
One, don’t bend over machine to adjust weight because it can injure the lower back.
Two, don’t use too much weight on the first set without properly warming up first.
Three, keep body position aligned so that your hands are at the level of your midaxillary line (Armpit crease). Joe’s body is too high and hands are too low.
Four, keep feet firmly planted for support and a strong base, even if on the bench itself.
Five, don’t try to perform self chiropractic and wiggle your hips before using the entire weight stack. That’s an accident waiting to happen!
Six, don’t ever hold your breath.
Seven, a) don’t chew gum & choke, b) Use opposable thumbs.
