What To Expect After Pregnancy

Melanie Raposo: Hi! Everybody, I am Melanie Raposo and welcome to Mommy's Minute. When you are pregnant your body goes through a whole bunch of changes. But what about, after you are pregnant. After the birth of your baby all over your body, is still continuously going through changes. After you give birth, you will experience some postpartum bleeding and cramping. And don't try to squeeze into your favorite jeans just yet. You will notice a dramatic drop of weight at least not like away. There are lot of fun once that you can do even with you baby. And after you give birth you probably will notice some slightly red marks on your stomach and breast. Oh! Yes good old stretch marks that 50%-90% of pregnant women will get. But the good news is, there are ways to minimize their appearance, by using certain creams and products. And if you want to go a little more extreme, there are plastic surgery options as well, to completely get rid of them.

One tip tough to reduce getting stretch marks, is keeping your body well hydrated. This will help your skin stretch better.
