Tracee Yablon- Brenner: That low fat or a fat free means no calories, which is really not true. Sometimes, if it's low fat or fat free it tends to be more calories and you tend to eat more. So, you really need to look at the serving sizes because it doesn't have the fat in it, it's not satisfying to you when you tend to eat more. So, that's not really the best option. But eating after 8'o clock causes weight gain, and really does not cause that weight gain what you have to do is evaluate what you been eating during the day and merely think and see if you have hunger pains. If you are not hungry, then you want to just have a snack, you want to have something light and just a little bit of it. Also, you don't want to eat while watching TV at night, because you tend to eat more than if you are weren't sitting in front of the TV and grazing. So, if you haven't really eaten much during the day, you can eat after 8 o clock, but you need to evaluate what you had during the day and then what your activity level is as well.
