Okay guys, we are back with another video coaching lesson. I am Vince DelMonte from YourSixPackQuest.Com. And one of the secrets of Peter Corvel getting that six pack, losing 100 lbs in six months. He went from 276 to 176, he was knowing what foods burn fat. So, that is what we are going to talk about today. What are the foods that burn fat. I am going to go through some of your top sources of carbohydrates that burn fat.
As far as starch goes, if you need energy which you do need, if you are training with zero carbs, you are not going to be train with that kind of intensity that is big enough to create a caloric, to create a fat loss response. So, you do need some carbs in your diet. The three best foods in the fat loss program from a complex standpoint, for starch, for energy, which you do need, you do need the energy to train hard. There are whole grain bread, oatmeal, and brown rice. Also you add vegetables to that as well. Vegetables are extremely, extremely important. They are full water, they are full of fiber, they are full of vitamins, they are full of minerals, they help combat free radicals. They are going to help recover quicker. They are going to help you digest your food. They are going to make you feel full. Having a meal plan with the absence of vegetables is probably one of the biggest mistakes. If you are not getting 10-15 servings of high quality vegetables, lots of different colors from the assortment of greens, you are missing the boat.
Let us look at proteins now. Your top proteins to help you burn fat are by far the leanest sources. For example, chicken, egg whites, and fish. If you are to get all of your protein sources from those three, you are going to get your six pack very, very quickly because there is zero fat in those foods and they are very, very high in amino acids. Those are your top three. Having eggs with the yolk is another option. Cottage cheese is a very good option, bringing in some beef to help with your testosterone levels is also good. But if you want the leanest sources, chicken, egg whites and fish are going to get your six pack very, very quickly.
We do not want to diet with the nice fats. So what fats help you burn fat? Olive oil, fish oil. You also want to get some natural peanut butter. Now, realize that these foods are higher in calories, so as you are starting to get down that last five to ten pounds, you are going to really make sure you are measuring these foods because two tablespoons or one table spoon of olive oil can easily sabotage your meal plan and let one or two weeks go by where you do not lose any body fat and makes you go crazy because you have no idea why. It is just that one extra teaspoon because there are a lot of calories. But as far as nutrient value, you do need to get some fats and those are the most effective ones.
