Thanks man, id been looking for a simple answer to this question all day, so many message boards with nothing but people trying to prove that there all right. its confusing) but ty, this cleared up the questions that i had.

Thank you! With all of the ridiculous explanations out there that didn't answer a thing, yours was concise and to the point. I now know for my purposes a 60 hz will do just fine! Now I must find other answers....
