This video is called "What is Bipolar Disorder" but the guy never explains what it is! He just says that Bipolar often gets confused with other disorders.

Felisa: Hi! My name is Felisa. I am from Byram, Mississippi. Can bipolar disorder be misdiagnosed as something else? Dr. Michael H. Allen: Felisa, bipolar disorder is commonly misdiagnosed. In a survey of hundreds of bipolar people we found that it took about eight years and several doctors before people got the diagnosis of bipolar disorder. So if you have had that experience, and it's quite common, it's often misdiagnosed as either garden-variety, major depression, or unipolar depression, sometimes as schizophrenia, mania, sometimes mistaken for schizophrenia and then anxiety disorders often go with bipolar disorder and so that may be confused with it as well.
