What is Cellulite Tutorial

(Music Playing) If you want to treat cellulite. You first have to understand, what cellulite really is? How it looks? And how it feels? Cellulite is a very coming condition. Where fat deposits and layers of the skin are glued together. I usually use a simple “pinch test” to determine the extent of the cellulite areas and also, to provide a point of reference which will show if the cellulite massage has improved the condition or not. So, basically going to areas, where a suspect cellulite and I pinch and see it is possible to lift the skin off a little bit. In areas that are not congested or weather there is no cellulite. It will be easy to lift off the skin, like you can see here on my fore arm. In areas whether is cellulite, it will be hard to pinch the area and it will be almost impossible to lift the skin off.
