There are three things. First of all to be a great leader you have to have vision. And following vision, you have to have execution. And following execution, you have to have accountability. If you lack all three, or any of the three, you cannot be a competent leader.
He is the most not worthy leader with whom I ever doubt never work. I have known a number of good leaders in the department state recently. The name of Elizabeth Jones or Mark Grossman are undersecretary, these are folks that have a vision. They also have the ability to execute and then the whole people accountable. I think through it all, a good leader has to have some elements of compassion. And those folks certainly do.
There are younger members on Capital Hill that looks as if they will be a good leader. And sometimes, I think they are a little young as some of them are little young at present. But I hope that it will be growing some of these fellows.
You seen John Edwards, he is not of my political party but he is a young, pretty well, intention and dynamic fellow.
