Rebecca Brayton: X-fit is designed to get your heart pumping and give you a rush all without counting rips. Hi, I am Rebecca Brayton and welcome to watchmojo.com and today we are learning about a new way to get fit. So, we are here to learn about the dynamic X-fit style of training, what are people getting themselves into.
Derek Della Rocca: When someone comes actually they are going to find very unique style workout and fitness training. Our concept is lots of open space; we call it dynamic because the person will be doing things in movements and as well in an athletic style.
Eric Saulnier: It’s to get rid of the typical gym way, you are on the same machine for three sets and then on the next machine for three sets. While here, you are going to be moving around in a much more dynamic different way.
Rebecca Brayton: You advertise this as you know people who come in and have their most integrating workout. Do you have to already been in shape to kind of get make it through?
Derek Della Rocca: The person really what they need the most would be ready to have a good time exercising and put him a good effort in. That doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at and as with our experience with our high quality fitness environment we can device and create a routine that’s going to be just perfect for them.
Rebecca Brayton: You plan the circuits specifically for people, it’s not just a generalize, okay?
Derek Della Rocca: We tend to be extremely creative in our circuits and in our program design and nothing necessarily brand new is just I guess you can say how we put everything together.
Eric Saulnier: We have personal trainers for the long time and so our list of exercises is endless. We know what level to choose this exercise for you that you are going to like and if it’s too hard we have an alternative that’s little bit easier or an alternative that’s little bit harder.
Rebecca Brayton: Why is this set up better than the traditional three rep?
Derek Della Rocca: Here what you do get when you break that mould and you go away from it, it becomes very varied challenging so that’s good for training for fitness because the body is always getting something different. Its good for the psyche, for the motivation component.
Eric Saulnier: The fun aspect is important too and I think that’s the main part that keeps you coming back and keeps you exercising.
Rebecca Brayton: How are you are going to achieve the same kind of benefits from this workout as your traditional gym workout.
Derek Della Rocca: The results come from how hard or how dedicated someone else to their workout.
Eric Saulnier: We have seen a lot of weight loss come out of these trainings as well as they gain. So, some people are putting on muscle mass as well.
Rebecca Brayton: Is there a certain kind of personality type that is drawn to this more than other?
Eric Saulnier: If someone is just willing to put in the effort and great to have some fun and open minded to try some new things.
Derek Della Rocca: It may not be that you have got fit or not fit or what not just someone who is ready to come here in and do some fitness full exercising.
Rebecca Brayton: You just explain what I will be doing?
Derek Della Rocca: Step one is the dynamic preparation sequence. So, we don’t just kind of throw you right into it you are going to go through a warmup dynamic flexibility to get your body, your jointer muscles prepare for what’s to come. Then we will have the main body the main content of the workout.
Eric Saulnier: We will set up little circuits for you that you can try few different exercises few different moves that we like to do.
Derek Della Rocca: Because how we do it, we don’t really try to pull out all of the stuffs necessarily as our style.
