Hey guys! It’s Brad Graham from BradGrahamTV.com and I’m here to talk to you today about thinning hair. I’ve had a lot of people not only in the salon but when I travel around ask me, “What do I do about thinning hair?”
I’ve also noticed, too, that a lot of clients—and this is, it doesn’t matter what age you are, whether you’re 16 or 165 years old, but everybody knows that hyperthyroidism is starting to happen. Their hair is thinning out. They’re in a lot of medication. They go to a dermatologist. They are not really getting the answers.
So what we’ve developed and found out through checking out all sorts of resources on thinning hair and what causes it is that there are some vitamins that you need to get your hands on out there, locally available, very, very affordable and they’re not going to interrupt any routine that you have now as far as medications or diet or anything like that.
A few of them and the top 3 that I want you to get on, if your hair—if you’re finding you’re combing out your hair and it’s breaking off a lot, and this is not talking about you’ve got damage form chemicals. I mean if you fried your hair with bleach or something, that’s a whole different episode. We’ll talk about that one at another time, but if you’re finding your hair is very fine and it’s just breaking off, you find it that if you could grab it and kind of pull it, the hair just kind of cracks off in your hand, one of the things that you want to start taking and incorporating in your diet is biotin.
Biotin is fantastic. It’s not a very expensive vitamin. You can get it at anything from drug stores to natural food chains, stuff like that. Start incorporating that in your diet. Also, one of the things that you‘ll start to notice by taking the biotins that your nails if they are very, very weak and brittle, it will start to strengthen those up, too. Your hair and nails are kind of correlated, so that’s a good thing to know.
Also, one of the other ones that are fantastic is Norwegian Sea Kelp. Now, we had worked with some manufacturers, we’ve worked with all sorts of people and developed products, and that’s one of their ingredients. They were incorporating it in a lot of their leave-on sealers or shiners or conditioners, things that when you’re at the shop, you go to the salon and then you’re buying specialty shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair or fine hair, you’re paying large amounts of dollars.
When it’s taken topically, it’s not penetrating as much as it should if taken internally. So if you get yourself on some Norwegian Sea Kelp, we found that it’s a wonderful vitamin to add to your diet. It really, really helps you out.
The third thing I want you to get on if you’re experiencing hair loss, and it’s another vitamin that you can get your hands on, a little bit harder to find but it’s one of the best for dealing with this type of situation is Horsetail.
Now, horsetail is not a horse’s tail. It has nothing to do with barnyard animals, and barnyard animals by the way will be another episode here on BradGrahamTV. But anyhow, horsetail is a form of silica. Silica, besides boring you with the whole chemistry behind this, silica is a form of weed. Take this horsetail. It’s a little bit more money. It’s going to be $20.00 a bottle. That’s probably for maybe, you know, a couple hundred pills. That is fantastic for stimulating growth, getting that follicle growing, getting your hair and your scalp healthy and just getting a healthy bed of nourishment to help you maintain the hair you’ve got.
We can’t guarantee that we’re going to grow you more hair but we’re going to help stop, slow down the hair loss if you’re experiencing that and help also increase a healthy system to start getting that hair back to what it was. I know hair loss is a very touchy topic and it affects a lot of people and it really kind of, you know, it’s close to the heart with me and a lot of friends that I have. If this helps you out, fantastic. I got to have some more updated material on that once I find some more stuff out that benefit you not only out of your diet or products, but let’s try to help this as best we can.
Anyways, thanks for listening, Brad Graham from BradGrahamTV.com.
