This review of What’s On is brought to by AppVee.com.
What’s On is essentially a TV guide application for the iPhone that allows you to figure out exactly what is on TV in any given area. You enter in the zip code it will not locate for you and then from there you can search through all the service providers in that area. Select the one that you are looking for and let it load up. List all of the channels there, it lets you scroll through there manually, scroll through left and right for what time you are looking for and you can even fast scroll to the higher ends of the numbers.
When you actually select what you want to watch and you press the button on it, you are going to see just a little bit of information and text nothing more than that. You can save it in favorites which make it a little bit easier to come back and remember to go watch that. And you can also actually search the room, all of the TV listings and when you search through it searches all of relevant words in your search are on TV.
And so if you search for a TV show, we are searching Lost here, it does not actually show the results for the show Lost but there is a few show like Lost and Found, Franklin’s Lost Expedition, it shows you all the times that they are on and all the channels that are on in the coming day or two. Actually, I believe here, in a week. Overall it is an interesting app but if you have TIBO there is no need for this.
