Host: Is there a right or wrong way to run? Jay Dicharry: I think that while we can say there is no correct way for every single person to run, there is a correct way for each person to run. It's important to realize that each person has a different combination of past athletic experience, soft tissue flexibility, muscle co-ordination and strength. And so the idea is even if you look at things from a comprehensive stance and figure what are your pluses, what are your negatives and how can you use your combination of levers and pulleys to run as fast, as efficiently as possible.
