Very close, we need to take a little bit more of material off. In order to do that, we are actually going to push the system all these fingers, we are going to push it back just an inch away from us and that is going to let the bit contact more material and create wider gaps in here.

Okay, so we could see what we got here. That is a pretty good fit, it is nice and tight and you could see, I am not exceeding it all the way down here. It will fit. I can see the distance that is exposed here is the same as the amount of material I have to go. So, I do not really want to push it all the way. A lot of times, these dovetails really fit the best the first time but if you continually pop it in and out, you are going to compress those fibers and it actually becomes a little bit loose of out of it but, there is enough here to tell me that that is good enough.
So, now there are test board - very careful – and I want to tea out this wangy. Now that the test board is done, this guide served its purpose, all we have to do at this point is throw in our through pin boards the drawer sides and we should be good to go.

And, here is one of our finished drawers, the wangy fronts, maple size, okay, get a nice shot at that. So this drawer actually is one of three that goes into this unit that I am building for a customer. Obviously, there is a whole lot of wangy right there. Check this out, I never done anything like this before. This is one of the doors which are a sheet of maple ply with a steel, I do not even know what this material is called but it is like a sheet steel that has been cut and I trimmed out with wangy. And, on the front, we got this a plywood piece of a wangy as well on a big, long handles, there is going to be a test to that. So, definitely unique piece. Never done anything like that before.
So I hope this episode gave you a decent amount of information so you know what your info are or if you want to do some machine cut through dovetails. In the future, we will cover things like the half blind dovetails and we are probably go in to a little bit more trouble shooting if things do not come out as perfect as I made them seem here. It is very important to know how to trouble shoot those issues
I would also like to mention that we just opened up the Wood Whisperer Gear Store. So this means you could finally get your t-shirts, hats, mugs, all kinds of things with the Wood Whisperer logo on it and you are supporting the show at the same time. So go check that out, the link should be on the right hand side of the website and the right hand column.
And speaking of shirts, I would like to thanks Chuck for having this awesome shirt made up, very clever, I appreciate that and until next time. We will see you later.
