Female: How long do you wait to have sex when you begin dating, a week, a month, an hour? Wrong. According to life coach Bob Wright, sex begins the first time you lay eyes on each other. Men and women often communicate needs differently, particularly on sexual needs.
Bob Wright: Sex begins when we meet each other; we are having intercourse from the moment that we see each other, from the moment we talked and whatever interaction we have.
The biggest error people make in sexuality is to think that there has something to do with being hot, bothered and needing relief. As human beings, we are constantly having intercourse with each other, we are constant, and we are affirming or disaffirming each other. Sex is really something that is going on all the time and everywhere.
When we understand this, we have much more nourishing lives. This is particularly difficult to get across to men. As men, we do not tell the truth about how often our feelings are hurt during the day, we do not tell the truth about all of the ways that we feel like we are failing or that we are not good enough.
So what happens, we come home and want to get laid. We want to get laid so we could feel better. So often times, the intercourse that needs to happen before intercourse/sexual intercourse is that we need to talk about the way we felt during the day.
Most men are amazed when they begin talking to their wives, how much their wives want to have sexual intercourse.
