Maybe kids have so many food allergies because you don't expose them to it for such a long time?

Male: What age would you say that it is safe to introduce extremely high trigger foods like shellfish, peanuts, what would be the right age you think you can introduce these kind of foods? Doctor: I would delay these foods for a long period of time, 18 months to 2 years at the very outset. And actually in my practice, I generally recommend four to five years of age before introducing these foods whenever it is possible. Male: So, Chinese Restaurant is not for kids six months old, is that correct? Doctor: Absolutely, I think that Chinese Restaurant is a landmine of problems for young children.
