Whiskey Glazed Salmon Recipe

Don’t worry Mackenzie you got a new brand recipe that you’re absolutely going to love. Mackenzie clearly starting off in cooking so we’re going to keep this as simple as possible and start with the marinade. The first thing we need to is get that prep up, put it in a bowl or simply going to soak our salmon for about 30 minutes.
All right Mackenzie our fish have been marinating for 30 minutes and smells amazing so in a hot skillet with a little bit of oil we’re going to go ahead and sear it off. Once its golden brown on one side we’re simply going to flip, it throws it in the oven 350 degrees for about eight to ten minutes.
Mackenzie this is perfect time because while our fish is in the oven we are going to strain that marinade that we actually marinated our salmon set it aside and you know what I can’t have this dish without some sort of vegetable or soften. So let’s go ahead and cut the ends of this asparagus. Season up a little salt and pepper and throw some olive oil on there and we’re simply going to grill it outside for about six to eight minutes.
All right Mackenzie fish is done let’s go ahead and set it to the side, remember that glaze marinade we have in that same skillet we’re going to pour it right in there and we’re going to reduce this in half oh high heat, the flavor is going to be absolutely amazing. All right Mackenzie our sauce is finish let’s go ahead and play up this dish. Of course we’re going to lay down that really easy to grill asparagus, lay our salmon right on top and let’s pour that amazing glaze over it and we simply going to finish with a little bit with sesame seed right on top.
