Host: Who should I tip at my reception?

Kay Williams: When you—I do reception, most likely you have a good thought of it. If not, if you’re handy yourself you don’t tip vendors or reception. If you have a server, you may want to tip them. But you also want to know if that server from that cater or that place you’ve for a venue for your reception give some tips or pays them a separate fee. And then that’d be allowed. So, I don’t think you should give a vendor a tip. If you want to tip them then give a contract at the beginning. So, this is your authority, this 3%, 10%, 8%, this I have to pay for. Go—money is tacky at reception site don’t do it. If you feel—I’m sure he’s getting paid very, very well.
