Whrrl App iPhone App Review

Whrrl is an interesting little application that allows you to find places close to yourself. It does have a mapping function so that once you locate where you are, you can look around your area or the area that you’re searching in for more restaurant locations.
Unfortunately, the area that I’m currently in doesn’t have a lot of options so we’re going to take a look at the list function that will show you what’s a little bit closer than scanning around on the map.
You can add your friends to this and that will allow you to rate and review any of the places on here or you can search for a specific type of place by checking off any of these options on here and then entering in a search term. There is a pretty good map function that shows you different icons in such for who’s in the area. But I have yet to run in to anybody else who uses this application.
Overall, we’re going to give Whrrl a 2.2 out of 5 stars for needing your friends to participate.
