Alright folks, this is video number four and a selection of videos that we are doing, entitled, “Why does a DJ use” now, in this one, we are looking at this guys here, amplifiers, why does a DJ use an amplifier. Amplifiers come in all shapes and sizes and they push out all different amounts of power.
Now, when I talk about power or what I am on about, is the actual signal, the actual amount of power that will go into a speaker to make a lot of volume. Now, that is what it is about. If a DJ just have his equipment in front of him, turntables and then mixed up with head phones and nothing else, then, there would be no way of that music that he is making to be relayed to people who want to listen.
So, for people to be able to listen to it at a good suitable effort, you need one of these guys here, an amplifier. What it will do? You have your source of music, your CD plays your turntables, MP3 players, whatever goes into your mixer and to the mixer into an amplifier and after the amplifier, into the speakers.
I hope this has been a help, this is video number four for the complete total to get. We would like to know what the beats do. Thank you for watching, practice and enjoy.
