Why Does A DJ: Use Speakers

This is video number five and the selection we are doing entitled why does a DJ use. In this one we are looking at speakers. Why does a DJ use speakers. Here is a speaker. You can see a big one and in there just behind there is a little one. The big one will make the big basy boom sounds and the little one will make the high frequency tweety sounds.

Now, then, you can see in relation to my hand, is relatively small, you can get smaller speakers but then you can get bigger speakers like so. Size difference, there, but then you can get bigger speakers again like that one. There it is and there is the speaker there, in relation but why does a DJ use speakers, basically, you will need speakers to make the sound. In other words, what happens is you have your turntables, your CD players, that you are making music on and then those will go into a mixer from the mixer it will go into the amplifier to increase the volume and then from the amplifier, you need something to make the sound and that is what your speakers are for.
