Today is a great day, not just because the sun is out and all that, but because today is a day you can get rid of Equal, you can get rid of Splenda, you can get rid of the bowl of sugar that's on your table, because today is a day you learn about Stevia that's a purest Stevia extract right there.
This stuff this is like the ultimate sugar substitute. Period. No calories, zero calories. Also, it doesn't do any bad stuff to your blood sugar levels, because of the fact that it's not sugar. It's 300 times the sweetness of sugar. Check this out. See that little scoop, like we can compare to my finger nail. That scooper is tiny with just one scoop is enough to sweeten two cups of coffee. Half a scoop is enough to sweeten up your cereal. Personally, I like to use it in plain yogurt, nobody likes plain yogurt, the stuff is nasty. But when you add some Stevia to it, it actually taste pretty darn good.
This bottle probably cost me about 12 bucks. 12, 13 bucks, 905 servings, I have had this for about two years. Two years for 12 bucks. We can't say it about Splenda, we can't say it about NutraSweet. Good stuff right here. Where can you get it? You can get it at your normal supermarket Vons, Albertsons, Safeway. You have to go to a health food store Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Henry's, Jimbos whatever basic health food store.
The reason why, is because it's only approved as a supplement. Is not approved as a food. It's not that it's harmful for you at all, it is completely safe, but since it's an herb and it grows very well in South America. It can actually shut down the sugar industry as well as the artificial sweetener industry. So those companies will do whatever it take to keep Stevia for being an approved as a food by FDA.
FDA is a really touchy topic that here it takes hell out of me, but they are not really looking for your best interest. They are looking for the best interest of the companies themselves. FDI cites two studies that says Stevia is bad for us. The authors of those studies will tell you themselves that they were done very poorly and that Stevia has no negative side effects. They have been using in Asian countries forever with absolutely no problem.
So like I said, go to your health and store and get that. I have turned lots of people on to it, because it taste exactly like sugar? No, because it's not sugar. It sweets with a slightly, slightly bitter after taste. You get in use to it real fast especially when it does, it doesn't do anything to calorie wise doesn't do anything to your blood sugar like I said before.

So look that up on amazon.com or your preferred source and you have got recipes in there for apple pie without the sugar for chocolate chip cookies without the sugar for sweet and sour pork and chicken and lots of really cool recipes that keep the sugar down.
