Cuisine in Rome and Lazio is amongst the most renown in Italy and its mainly based on products from the land. There are three fundamental elements olive oil, cheese and wine. Vegetables are used in abundance artichokes are typical in a region and our prepared Ala Romano or fried. Lazio has a volcanic lakes and mountains, in addition to parks in which animals such as wolfs and flamingos reside.
Lazio is the geographical divide between Italy’s North and South. Northerners such as the Millanes would argue that Rome is the capital of the South and Milan is the capital of the North. But in truth it is the bridge between the two head North out of Lazio and you're in the lots of region of Tuscany, head South and your in the sunset region of Compania. Lazio is a region waiting to reveal its rich and historical, artistic and cultural heritage in the most irresistible means possible. any one who is looking for a place to be surrounded by the wonders of art, history, archeology, sports and culture will be sure to leave a lot so with a great smile on their face.
