A skater boy shows off his slickest moves in the basement, a window makes a break for it and granpa is on the roof rasing hell.
What do these people have in common? They are the reasons we fix things at home and you’ll see why right now. I once knew a guy who tried to fix the sink. He’s been using a garden hose for six months now.
Now if you gave most people a choice on what projects do around the house, we probably picked the projects, we actually want to do instead of running around, fix on what other people break and with teenage around, you’ll end up fixing what other people break a lot.
Welcome home dad. I played in the basement and you get to fix it. Now sometimes we need to know how to DIY because somebody takes a small project and turns it into a giant one. This guy’s wife’s doing a massage and putting the finishing touches on the window we just installed. Just got to wipe a bit a little harder. You know somebody is going and get blamed for this shabby installation. I think that means the man of the house is sleeping on the couch tonight.
Finally, sometimes we have to DIY because well grandpa gets involved. Keep tracking the old guy because you’ll never know why you might wander off and try and tore the roof.
This is once in a lifetime setting of the grandfather doing something else besides sitting in a chair napping. Forget the roof, let’s go catch the early bird special.
