Why you should use a surge protector on your RV power

Male Speaker: So, on our last RV trip up to Kriston California that is in the city of valley. WE had a little bit of surprise when we pulled our plug out. I just sa we tried to pull the plug out, if you can see right here it melted the plug melted to the socket and when we took it to RV dealer he sells probably because of low power and its was trying to pull more juice and just melted to it, so what we did is bough a surge protector, its not cheap its probably about a hundred bugs, but it will save you what we did, was a almost $300, repair bill because it doesn't work and it doesn't cover under warranty.

So well worth $100 investment to make sure you want to take up $300 repair bill. This is a surge protector we have a 30 amp circuits, so this is a 30 amp surge protector and the well worth the cost.
