Windows Live Messenger - #4 - Accessing Hotmail in Windows Live Messenger
Hi, this is Mike Callahan, Dr. File Finder and welcome to part four of our special butterscotch.com 10-part series on Windows Live Messenger. Now, I’m here in Windows Live Messenger and in the early days of the internet you got to have multiple programs opened in order to do anything you’d have to have your instant messaging program open, your email program open, your browser open, and so many more. You can access your email right from Windows Live Messenger, so here we are, come over here. Click on that, open your email box, it comes up, we’ll bring it over here, I intend to enlarge this page because I want you to see that they’re making an improvements, you have room for more messages, they moved some of ads all the way, grow and storage, so you don’t have to worry about having to delete messages and more information. Now, so you don’t show me that anymore. Click continue. Here we are, right in my hotmail inbox. I can see what messages I have coming in. I can click new messages. I hope that I could type on it. And the thing here is that in the messages you can also have emote icons just like you do in your instant messages, you can change the don’t color, you can change the background, you can put a links to different sites in the internet, you can change the font, you can put in bold like highlight, underline. You can change the spacing and the justification. So Windows Live Messenger gives you a direct link to access your Windows Live hotmail account in your Windows Live account which is a huge benefit to anyone who’s on the internet today.
So this is how Windows Live Messenger makes it easy to access your email right from the messenger itself and that concludes part four.
