Hey, it's Lee Hayward here from LeeHayward.com, and I have just got to the gym now, and getting ready to go and do my chest workout. I thing that I want to mention is, this part of the year, I mean, it's, you know, during winter time it's pretty cold outside. Actually I think with minus ten out there right now, and the gym is pretty cold as well. So what I would like to do when I come into the gym in the winter time, I will always take a windshield or a sweater with me, and I will put this on at the beginning of the workout. What it does, it just keeps myself and my whole body warm. You know specially shoulders and elbows and the joints and stuff like that, because I find that when it is cold out in the gym, you are more likely to get muscle tears or pulls or strain your joints and stuff like that.
So wear a sweater like I am here, it keeps your body warm, and it is good to keep your, you know, keep your muscles and your tendons and your heels warm, and then if you do get too warm while you are training, you can also take it off, and finish the rest of the workout in just a t-shirt or whatever, but it's definitely something that you should certainly do at this time of the year in winter time when it is cold outside.
