Women's Clothing - Classic Trench Coat

Hi I am Valerie Rippetoe with Marsha's Wardrobe Consulting. I am showing you how to update your Spring wardrobe. Our next look is the classic trench coat. We are going to take this traditional piece and show you how important it is for your Spring wardrobe. You are going to see at this season in bright colors, you are going to see it in metallics and you are going to see it how we have it on our model in a great way trimmed with black pattern leather.

The trench coat Mary Margaret has on is sleek and chic, it's a double breasted weight with piped patten leather trim. We have a self belted and what we have done is we have taken one of must have colors for Spring and popped it underneath which is the yellow. We have this great trench coat paired with a pair of black walkshorts which look great on Mary Margaret but not everybody can wear walkshorts.

So keep this look for everyone we are going to take it and you can put it back with a pair of black capri pants and have the same effect. I also want you to notice Mary Margaret's shoes because they are hot this season, it's the wedge platform and they are the black patten leather which bring it back up to the black patten leather and the jacket.

For our more fashion forward women you may not want to classic trench coat, so I have an amazing jacket I want to show you, it is a copper metallic over piece and the beauty of this you can wear it in Spring, you can bring it into Fall and so that covers a lot of seasons, it's a actually all about the details on this jacket. So you are going to see lots gold hardware on it, the gold snaps, there is a gold at the pockets and there is gold down at the bottom.
